Chairman Ruemenapp called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion – To Approve Minutes

N. Gasparetto moves to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Appeals Special Meeting held May 29, 2008. B. Cole seconds the motion. M/C

Motion - to Approve Agenda

J. Andersen moves to approve the agenda as submitted. N. Gasparetto seconds the motion. M/C

Communications

No communications were presented to the Zoning Board.

Updates:

B. Ruemenapp gives a short update from the Planning Commission.

D. Goulston relates the Board of Trustees unanimously approved a merit increase for Brenda Loper in consideration of her expanded responsibilities and outstanding performance.
