Call to Order
Chairman Ruemenapp called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance.
S. Bishop moves to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Appeals Quarterly Meeting held October 8, 2009. B. Cole seconds the motion. M/C
B. Cole moves to approve the agenda as presented. D. Goulston seconds the motion. M/C
Communications
No communications were presented to the Zoning Board.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
B. Cole nominates B. Ruemenapp as Chair.
S. Bishop nominates D. Goulston as Secretary.
D. Goulston nominates S. Bishop as vice Chair.
Motion – CLOSE NOMINATIONS & ELECT OFFICERS
D. Goulston moves to close nominations and elect the nominated officers by acclimation. B. Cole seconds the motion. M/C

The officers of the Casco Township Zoning Board of Appeals for 2010 are:

Motion – To establish meeting dates
D. Goulston moves to establish the following meeting times and dates. Meetings will be held at the Casco Township Hall, 4512 Meldrum Road, Casco Township 48064. Casco Township Hall telephone number is (586) 727-7524 and the fax number is (586) 727-3034
Administrative meetings will begin at 7:00 PM and are scheduled on the following dates:

St. Clair County Workshop:
Chairman Ruemenapp notes there is a St. Clair County workshop scheduled for February 25, 2010. Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals interested in attending should let Pat Allagreen, Township Clerk know by giving the office a call.
