Supervisor Ruemenapp is also present.
Call to Order
Vice Chair S. Bishop called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance.
B. Cole moves to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Appeals Quarterly Meeting held October 13, 2011. H. Mancini seconds the motion. M/C
Abstentions: W. Baumbgarten and D. Goulston
D. Goulston moves to add the minutes of Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes for the July 14, 2011 meeting to the agenda. B. Cole seconds the motion. M/C
D. Goulston moves to approve the agenda. B. Cole seconds the motion. M/C
The Zoning Board welcomes Wayne Baumgarten as the Zoning Board's newest member.
D. Goulston moves to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Appeals Administrative Meeting held July 14, 2011. B. Cole seconds the motion. M/C
Abstentions: W. Baumgarten
ZBA members abstained from voting on motions to approve minutes if they were not present at the meeting which minutes were being approved.
Supervisor Ruemenapp is present and notes that the County is scheduling a workshop for Planning Commission and Zoning Board members at the County Building February 23, 2012. More information on the workshop should is due from the County.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
S. Bishop moves to nominate Wayne Baumgarten to serve as Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals for Year 2012.
D. Goulston moves to nominate S. Bishop to serve as Vice Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals for Year 2012.
B. Cole moves to nominate D. Goulston to serve as Secretary of the Zoning Board of Appeals for Year 2012.
Motion – CLOSE NOMINATIONS & ELECT OFFICERS
D. Goulston moves to close nominations and elect the nominated officers by acclamation. B. Cole seconds the motion. M/C
